Returns and Shipping
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may return all items except swimwear and sale items. To return your product, please email us first at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank and credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Many of our items are made to order, so shipping may take longer than when ordering from other stores online. Our items ship from three places; our store in Orange County, or our warehouses in Las Vegas and Asia. We estimate it will take 4 - 15 days, the average shipping time is 7 days. With that said, some things happen and an item may take longer, please check your tracking link to see where your item is. If it is taking longer, we are truly sorry, but it is usually out of our control and there is nothing we can do to speed up the shipping process once it has left our hands.
