California-based brand Chapter introduces an insight into their Fall/Winter 2014 collection through their lookbook "Moral Form". Taking on a form of the revival of menswear from the 1950's, Chapter's head designer, Frank Delgadillo, transforms classic styles into dark, bold, and oversized contours.
